Terms of Service

Effective date: October 22, 2026 · Contact:

These Terms govern access to the FlowPilot Studio V5 informational website and use of the separately installed development version of FlowPilot Studio V5, where distributed by the operator.

1. Purpose of FlowPilot

FlowPilot is a content planning and video scheduling workspace. Features and availability vary by deployment and configuration. A planned or queued item does not establish that content has been successfully published to a third-party platform.

2. Development-stage limitations

FlowPilot Studio V5 is a development release. Its local workspace features can operate without platform approval. Official YouTube uploading requires a separate configured and authorized API integration, which must be tested before real-world use. Official automated TikTok and Meta publishing is not implemented in this release. Claims of unlimited automatic posting or guaranteed publication are not made.

3. Account ownership and authorization

You must have lawful control of any connected account and must comply with the applicable platform's terms, API policies, rate limits, privacy requirements, and content rules. Do not attempt to bypass security or platform limits.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that videos, captions, music, images and account activities comply with applicable law, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and platform policies. Review AI-generated captions before use. You retain ownership of your own content, subject to any rights granted to third-party services under their terms.

5. Third-party services

FlowPilot may direct users to or integrate with outside services such as TikTok, Google/YouTube, Meta, Cloudflare and an AI API provider. Those services are independent and may change their requirements, pricing, access or availability. FlowPilot is not endorsed or approved by those providers merely because integration options appear in the interface.

6. Availability and data protection

Local installations depend on the user's device and internet connection. Cloud-based operation requires independently configured hosting, secure storage, and valid third-party authorization. You are responsible for keeping backups and protecting administrator credentials. No guarantee is made about continuous access, publication timing, audience reach, earnings, or performance.

7. Costs

The public informational site is freely accessible. Depending on the user's setup, third-party services, hosting, domain names or API usage may involve separate charges. No hosting subscription or official API access is included simply by viewing this site.

8. Disclaimer and changes

The development software and this website are provided for evaluation and informational purposes, subject to applicable law, without a guarantee that every feature is complete, compatible or available. These Terms may be revised as the product evolves.
