This policy describes the FlowPilot Studio V5 informational website and the self-hosted/local FlowPilot Studio V5 software in its current development state. If the application is later deployed as a hosted service with different practices, this policy must be revised before that service is launched.
1. Who operates the service
FlowPilot Studio V5 is an independently developed creator workflow project. Direct questions or privacy requests to phuongkitti2@gmail.com.
2. Information processed by the website
This public website does not offer account registration, a contact submission form, or video upload. The website developer has not added advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process standard request data such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs to deliver and protect the site, according to its own policies.
3. Information processed by the local application
Users of the separately installed local application can import video files, create captions and hashtags, and save schedule data. The local installation is designed to store video files and planning data on the machine or server where FlowPilot is installed. The public informational website does not automatically receive those files.
Where users explicitly configure third-party integration credentials or an AI provider, the application may process account identifiers, authorization tokens, filenames, captions, keywords, and relevant upload data to perform those requested functions. Such integrations are optional and may not be operational until configured and authorized. Users should review the connected provider's own privacy policy.
4. Third-party platforms and optional AI
FlowPilot is not operated by TikTok, Meta, YouTube, or OpenAI. Authorizing an official connection may involve sharing data directly with those providers under their own terms. The current release does not implement TikTok or Meta automatic publishing. AI caption generation requires separate provider credentials and may transmit the text supplied for generation to that provider.
5. Retention and deletion
Locally stored video and scheduling data remain on the user's chosen machine/server until removed by the operator, subject to any backups they create. Cloud hosting, if enabled by the operator, may involve additional storage and logs. To request help with personal data or a privacy inquiry, contact phuongkitti2@gmail.com. Actual deletion capabilities depend on which service stores the data.
6. Security
The operator should use HTTPS for remote access, strong administrator credentials, protected backups, and secure storage of API credentials. No computer system is entirely risk-free. Never submit passwords, access tokens, or private media through this public website.
7. International access and children
This public page may be accessed from various countries. FlowPilot is a creator workflow project for individuals permitted to use the services they connect. It is not designed as a service for children.
8. Changes
Changes to how the software or website handles data may require updates to this policy. The effective date above will be updated when substantive changes are published.
